Culture key driver to satisfied employees

Staff satisfaction isn’t directly tied to a first class health plan, a generous retirement benefit or even a paycheck—though don’t think about taking those elements away. Rather, satisfaction is more closely linked to how staffers feel about their job, their contribution to the organization and how they are perceived by management.
